The bidding system was developed by Mr. Brad Coles, (aka Redgrover), and Mr. David Appleton. Dated: April 19, 1999. Below are only the opening bids presented.

As described by the authors: This is a red system, which is based around a Marston-style Forcing Pass System and uses the Green-Appleton-Coles-Kalnins version of symmetric relays.

This system contains transfer one level suit openings, all of which are forcing. The concept of opening points is adhered to in some situations; they are the sum of high card points and the two longest suit lengths.

1 :		Shows 4 plus Hearts, 18 plus opening points.
1 :		Shows 4 plus Spades, 18 plus opening points.
1 :		Shows 4 plus Diamonds, 15 plus high card points, no 4-card plus Major suit.
1 :		Shows 4 plus Clubs, 15 plus high card points, no other 4-card plus suit.
1 NT:		Promises 11-14 high card points, no 4-card Major suit, balanced or (5-4) Minor suits.
2 :		Promises 10-14 high card points, natural 6-card plus Club suit; may have 4 cards of the other Minor suit.
2 :		Promises 10-14 high card points, natural 6-card plus Diamonds suit; may have 4 cards of the other Minor suit.
2 :		Weak Twos, sometimes 5-card suits when not vulnerable.
2 :		Weak Twos, sometimes 5-card suits when not vulnerable.
2 NT:		Shows (5 plus / 5 plus) Minor suits, 10-14 high card points.
3 :		Natural. Preemptive. (Any opening of 3 and higher is considered natural or preemptive).
